Regreting...and listen to me!

I've been studied at HSBP for about 3years, spent my junior middle school at here, rather say i studied at this school for 3yrs, actually i played for about 3yrs in my school. When i step into secondary school, i knew a lot of friends, whether is chinese, indian or malay. Then, al brothers played together, no matter was at recess time or when teachers were teaching. Ya..since f1,I play , talk back to teacher, kena cane, got demerit and got cut hair by mr. sarjit [dcpline teacher] til f3.
I spent my time meaningless and learnt nothing during these pas 3years. Mum cal me to go to school, ya i went there too, but I jus play , eat in the class and did uncivil actions to teacher..mum cal me to attend tuition, yeah~ is a good time i can talk and talk and talk with friends, and knew new friends, those are what i had learnt.
B4 step into f3, i said i wanna start to be serious , and not to play. Really, at the beginning i really did my promise, I’m very hadrworking and serious when teacher was teaching. Bt, til i went to pray and I ask frm 关公 About my pmr result by 求仟, I’m very believe 关公，Coz every time the 仟is so accurate, never miss even 1 time. I’m very awaiting for the result, and the result came out was 中平. I started to felt downcast, Y? I had oready tried so hard y stil cant get good result? Then, i felt i did so many jus can get 'ok'result, then y should I do so hard? Then, i startin to b lazy and gt back into the pattern of the past few years.
Until the july of 09..teachers scold us tat:” pmr is coming, u guys r still dun1 to change ur attitude? Teachers were really disappointed, coz we never listen to them, still playing with each other and our voice was getting louder and louder, although teachers were scolding very angry, And I’m watching the teacher’s face, i really felt guilty and worry. I starting to b nervous. Then, I decided and started to study all the syllabus of every subjects from f1 til f3 within 3months.
F¤CK! So hard, so many things need to remember, i scolded myself: “ Wat the fuck u r doin in these 3years?!” cz when i opened the books, i can’t recognize those things, 0 impresion!
Too much things to remember, and I gave up some subjects..The 1st subject that i gave up was Maths..i hate maths,duno y, and the 2nd…bla bla bla~ really GG, the PmR was reached, when im answering really hard, especialy maths, i tink im goin to DooM..Totally going to DOOM!
3days more is the time to get the result..My seniors said:“ aiya~你gia懒啊？！PMR闭一只眼都过啦～我朋友华文作文有1篇没做，都A啦！science更DENG！paper2 只做3题都A～随便做都A的～你怕屁啊～”[but, you cover 1 eye or don't cover also same ar~if really DENG cover both lar~gong jiao wea~] IF really so easy to get A,if I din get,sure very lose my face. I’m worry about my maths result, pls dun fail, and im going to scold by teachers and parents, I’m nt afraid to scold by them, is really guilty..and the 2nd step is to find another school for me to spend my senior middle school time, if i can’t get into science class..please let me to study in science class, i dun1 to leave this school, i love my friends, i love leo club and i love my school! I dun1 to leave plz..Im really regreting..
To all the juniors, please study earlier, start from now still can~ really, If u dun1 to follow my foot steps and become another me, GO TO STUDY NOW!!!!

最近从老师身上领悟了更多

之前，去上了班...因为某些原因，那老师给我的印象并不好...相信当时与我同去的俊贤

也应该感同身受...就像上星期，昨天我又去赴了班，觉得如果还是像上星期给我的感觉，下星期我就

不再去。我以为今天老师又要让我与他搏斗，可老师却没有再次要我与他对练。他教了我们许多

关于“太极，推手”的技巧，与及理论。从他的讲话中，我才发现他对武术有着精妙的看法，知识。

他让我理解了更多有关中国武术。

他首先示范了推手的动作。。。老师的个子，与我同样矮小...当他与其他个子高大的推手切磋时，

并没吃亏或处于劣势...这让我百思不得其解...师傅让我，与诗杰也上前试试与师傅对练...师傅的平

稳度，及巧妙的划力法，让我们怎么推也推不动，反而自己却频频跌到...哈哈...好奇的我，便开始

不停地发问。。。师傅告诉我们关于内家拳的拳理。。。

“对与西方国家的搏击，都与搏击手的体重和体型来分配别级。但对于中国过去的武术并没有以个

子大小来分配级别...犹如中国岭南一代，普遍身形矮小的人群来说，除了培养内力之外，也必须

配合自身特点在实战中扬长避短。并非个子矮小铁定无法战胜高个子的人群。实战搏击并非在跟他举重

，是利用技巧，跟他斗智慧。就有如太极拳的阴阳图中呈现的理念，“四两博千金，借力打力”。与

咏春拳拳理相似，对于女性及身形矮小的我们当应付一个身材健朔的大汉欺负，可能与大拼力

气吗？也不可能跟他拼体能...但我们能与他斗速度，跟他比时机...在适当的时候进攻，而不能一味

的想进攻，这样可能会引来一身伤。属于内家咏春拳的拳理每一个动作都不浪费自己的体能，所以代代

相传的套路也只有尽尽的三套，即没有大开大合的动作，也没有腾挪跳跃的身法。功架与及步伐都比其

他外家拳来的小。“简单意味着直接，直接意味着速度”就连弱小女性都能应用自如的武术。同时，内

家拳的拳理不硬拼，面对更加庞大的力量都以转身腰马等来划开更大的力气，之所以师傅没有败给体型

高大的推手，这样证明了内家拳的理论。此外，师傅也告诉我们，练习太极必须持之以恒。功夫要有成

就并非一朝一夕所能完成，可不是练了一个星期就能出去与人搏斗。他也强调，“太极”并不是说不需

要锻炼身体，体力及力气等。有人说太极不是说过“四两搏千金”吗？怎么还需要锻炼？

“四两搏千金”白话点，你也要有四两重，才能对抗千斤重啊！我说，是吧？？假设你只有2两重，就

别想太多要博千金，就算3.5都难啦～师傅与我们分享了有关他一个orang asli朋友的经过。他那朋友

被狗咬伤了，可对他并没造成伤害，他也当场的将那狗的嘴巴撕裂，那只狗当场毙命。土族拥有过人的

力气及因生活习惯练就钢经铁骨般的身体及耐力。若能够锻炼像土族般的力气及耐力，可见威力多么惊

人。“功夫”-功=付出，夫=人。“功夫”就等于练功的人，肯付出才会

有收获。“武德”更为重要。武术是种武装的力量，是种保护自己的威力，简称自卫术。练武是

为强身健体与及学习自我保护的方法。包含着霍家的哲理，“任”“德”而不是滥用武力，挑衅

他人，打劫等。也并非在他人面前呈英雄，特意用于表演的花拳绣腿。

人就犹如一根牙签，谁都可以把牙签折断，但牙

签针的威力，却能帮人放血。若我们能够锻炼成钢针般的坚硬加上钢针，针的威力，靠！威力你应该懂吧
